MAN1K Ukrainian witch house producer & DJ. Not an artist. Something that refused to stay buried. He doesn't produce music. He exhumes it. What returns cannot be stopped. The question is whether you were ever ready.

MAN1K is a Ukrainian witch house producer and DJ who clawed his way back from the underground in 2023 - not as an artist seeking recognition, but as something that refused to stay buried.
Born from the collision of Eastern European darkness and the global occult tradition, he doesn't produce music - he exhumes it, dragging raw personal mythology through layers of distortion and shadow until it breathes on its own.
He has crossed thresholds that don't allow return, and that passage lives in every frequency he conjures - heavy, irreversible, corrosive in the way only truth can be. They tried to contain what he carries. It didn't hold. The question is not whether you're ready for what returns. The question is whether you ever were.

MAN1K - "The Story"

MAN1K is a Ukrainian witch house producer and DJ operating from Europe. Emerging from Khmelnytskyi, Ukraine in February 2023, his work sits at the intersection of witch house, darkwave, and industrial traditions - shaped by years living between Ukrainian underground culture, the club scene of Kumamoto, Japan, and the European underground. His productions are built on heavy reverb, pitched vocals, and layered synthesis that prioritizes atmosphere over structure - music that operates in the territory between dissociation and ritual tension. Live, MAN1K treats performance as ceremony rather than entertainment. Sets function as rituals - deliberate, immersive, physically present in a way that separates them from standard DJ performance. Since 2023 he has performed across three countries, from Ukrainian underground venues to HVEN Club in Tokyo and Sala Pirandello in Madrid, building a presence rooted in intensity rather than spectacle.

The NIGHTSHADE TOUR (2024) marked the transition from studio artist to live performer, with shows across Ukrainian cities. Prior to that, MAN1K organized TETRØ TERRØR in Osaka - an event that became one of the largest witch house events in Japanese history and established a physical node for the genre where none had existed. July 2025 brought CHERN at HVEN, Tokyo, where MAN1K co-organized and performed alongside Untitled Burial and SVD22 artists. Both events are documented in Wikipedia as part of the development of Japan's witch house scene - bridging Japanese and Eastern European underground cultures. Beyond solo work, MAN1K founded the duo DeadRay with vocalist Lakomi and serves as administrator of #УВХР - the Ukrainian Witch House Movement. He is associated with Vichna Nich, Ukraine's founding witch house festival, representing a continuity with Ukrainian dark electronic culture that predates his own project. The role has shifted from individual artist to scene architect - someone building cultural infrastructure, not just a catalog. Each release refuses the false choice between darkness and beauty, aggression and vulnerability - crafting sonic landscapes where the full emotional spectrum exists simultaneously. The ritual never ends...
